Viera Town Center Residence Inn: 5-Story Hotel Confirmed by Permits
Brevard County building permits confirm the hotel under construction in Viera Town Center is a five-story, 94,495-square-foot Residence Inn at 6553 Bandini Way.
Wonder no more: the hotel going up in Viera Town Center is officially a Residence Inn.
Brevard County building permits confirm the project. Site plan 24SP00032, titled "Viera Town Center Residence Inn" and approved in September 2024, covers the hotel parcel at 6553 Bandini Way. A building permit issued in June 2025 describes a 94,495-square-foot Marriott hotel, and a fire sprinkler permit issued this September describes a five-story Residence Inn.
The building permit lists Pinkerton & Laws Construction of Orlando as the contractor. Ownership on the permits is listed as Ronak Jasani on the building permit and Sycamore Viera Town Center LLP on the sprinkler permits.
The confirmation follows weeks of neighborhood speculation after construction activity appeared on the Town Center parcel, with residents guessing at the hotel brand. The permitted address sits within the Viera Town Center development, near the Towne Center Avenue frontage residents had pointed to.
