Storefront signage is already up on a suite at the outdoor shopping center, with the brand's name and Avenue Viera branding on the windows and the doors marked for the new shop. The windows are still covered, so the shop is not open yet, and no opening date has been announced.
The hiring signs point the same way. See's Candies is recruiting seasonal staff for the Avenue Viera shop, including a seasonal team leader, seasonal key holders and seasonal sales associates, with listings describing the roles as holiday hiring for the new location.
See's Candies has been in business since 1921 and operates more than 250 shops across the country. The company describes its candy as handmade with no preservatives.
The Avenue Viera, at 2261 Town Center Avenue in Melbourne, is an outdoor lifestyle center with more than 80 shops and restaurants. See's will join a growing lineup of new arrivals at the center, including Nordstrom Rack, J.Crew Factory and Nourish, all recently opened.
