Stadium Square: New Shops and Restaurants Coming to Viera South
A new retail strip center is under construction at Stadium Parkway and Pineda Blvd, with seven units and five tenants already announced, including a Pilates studio, hibachi takeout, urgent care, a pharmacy, and a nail salon.
Viera South is getting a new retail and restaurant destination. Stadium Square, a built-to-suit strip center at the southwest corner of Stadium Parkway and Pineda Boulevard, is now under construction.
According to general contractor W+J Construction, the center will hold seven units in total, and five are already spoken for. The project is a collaboration between W+J Construction and ADI Development.
The Orlando Business Journal has identified the first five tenants:
- JetSet Pilates, a 50-minute high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout on reformers
- Makoto's to Go, a hot-flat-top hibachi spot built for takeout and casual dining
- Medfast Urgent Care, a walk-in clinic
- The Viera Chemist, a pharmacy
- Xi Nails, a nail salon
That mix covers a lot of weekly errands in one stop: a workout, dinner to go, the pharmacy, and a nail appointment, plus walk-in care when you need it.
The Viera Company announced the project on September 8, noting that Viera keeps adding choices from Borrows West to Lakeside Social to The Avenue. No opening date has been announced yet; check back for updates as construction progresses.
