Taco Dive Opening a Suntree Location in December

Taco Dive is opening a second Brevard County restaurant, this time in Suntree. Owners Danielle Dipierro and Will Horldt told FLORIDA TODAY they are preparing to open the new location in December.

The restaurant is now under construction at 7777 N. Wickham Road, in the former Time Square Pizza space. It will bring the same menu that built a following at the downtown Melbourne location at 401 E. New Haven Ave., including tacos, burritos, appetizers and craft beer.

The menu ranges from traditional beef, chicken and fish tacos to specialty options featuring corned beef, Cajun shrimp, hot dog and portobello mushrooms. Diners can order tacos individually or mix and match varieties. Beyond tacos, the menu includes burritos, quesadillas, rice bowls, taco salads and appetizers.

One signature item is the "tachos," which swaps tortilla chips for tater tots topped with taco-inspired ingredients. The company describes itself as "Not Your Average Hole In The Wall," with a menu built around mix-and-match options and made-to-order favorites.

No exact opening date in December has been announced yet.
